Beta Program

Finley is currently in beta. This means:

  • You're helping us test and improve the product
  • Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
  • You may encounter bugs or unexpected behavior
  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties

By creating an account and using Finley, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

To access Finley's beta, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Finley become our property. We may use this feedback to improve Finley without any obligation to compensate you.

Limitation of Liability

Finley is provided "as is" during the beta phase. We make no warranties about the service's reliability, availability, or accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Finley.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as Finley evolves. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Finley after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Germany.
